receive plaques
for 7A honors

Former Venice High pitcher Cooper Hammond and Venice High head baseball coach Craig Faulkner recently received their plaques for winning the Florida Dairy Farmers 7A Player and Coach of the Year awards, respectively.

Hammond went 8-0 with 10 saves and a 0.14 ERA in 2013, anchoring a pitching staff that recorded 19 shutouts.
