Frank Rossitto, of Venice, passed away Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012.

Born in Siracusa, Italy, July 19, 1946, he was the son of the late Luciano and Maria (Rizza) Rossitto. Frank lived in the Hartford area most of his life. He was a retired mason and a member of the Canicattini Society. He leaves his lifetime companion Jeanne Fiore; and his three children, Rosemarie and her husband, Victor Meyer, Gina and her husband, Rahul Panchal and Frank and Maria (Loneci) Rossitto of Venice. His grandchildren include Tia Meyer, Michael Rossitto and Antonio Rossitto. He leaves four brothers and sisters-in-law who include Joseph and Diane Rossitto of New Smyrna Beach, Fla., Sebastiano and Dora Rossitto and Antonio and Rita Rossitto of Rocky Hill and Pasqualino and Debbie Rossitto of Windsor Lock; a sister, Maria, and her husband, Ercole Sabatelli, of Rocky Hill; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Beverly Rossitto, and his brother, Carmelo Rossitto.

Service: A mass in his honor will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Venice.
