NORTH PORT — Tanya Nguyen-Do left Monday’s City Commission meeting very disappointed.

She wanted to speak as the business owner of Artistica Spa, a resident and member of the city’s ambassador program, but thought three minutes wasn’t enough to explain her feelings after hearing some commissioners want to move forward with the sale of the Warm Mineral Springs Day Spa.
