Numbers show the housing market continues to rebound, which is good news for property owners, whether they’re looking to sell their home or not.

The average home sales price in Venice was $177,510 in October, up from $165,803 in September and up from $166,766 compared to a year ago, according to the Venice Area Board of Realtors.
