The ongoing debate over where to site a group of Venice Challenger Baseball fields could be handed off to a couple of advisory boards for further study.

On Tuesday, Mayor John Holic will ask his fellow Venice City Council members to have the city’s Parks and Recreation and Environmental advisory boards come back with firm recommendations on two key issues for the city.
