Two complaints have been filed over ongoing construction at Venice Municipal Airport.

In an emergency meeting Friday morning, a Twelfth Circuit Court judge ruled against Asphalt Paving Systems, a contractor that lost out on the $7.3 million runway resurfacing job, and John Patten, a blogger who unsuccessfully ran for council a year ago.
