The West Villages Improvement District defaulted on its Unit 3 bonds Tuesday, according to District Manager Todd Wodraska.

“Our office is sending out notices to the state Inspector General (Office of Auditing) and to the disclosure agent to the bond holders to make them aware officially there has been a default,” he said.
