PORT CHARLOTTE — A Deep Creek man was arrested Monday on fraud and theft charges after he stole a man’s wallet that he found at a doctor’s office and went on a shopping spree with two of the victim’s credit cards, according to a Charlotte County Sheriff’s report.

Vincent Patrick Serino, 71, of the 27100 block of Guapore Drive, was charged with grand theft and five counts of credit card fraud of $100 or more, after making $1,024 in illegal purchases, according to the report.
