PORT CHARLOTTE — A street crimes deputy who observed suspicious activity in a parking lot wound up seizing some 85 grams of marijuana and arresting two local men and a 17-year-old local girl on drug charges Thursday, according to a Charlotte County Sheriff’s report.

Mohamed Farzan Rahim, 18, of the 2000 block of Lakeview Boulevard, was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to sell, possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on $8,500 bond.
