Mary M. Peck, 76, of Punta Gorda, Fla., passed away Monday, Nov. 5, 2012.

She was born Christmas Day, Dec. 25, 1935, the daughter of Wesley and Trudie (nee Archer) Derrington, in Paragould, Ark.

Mary met her loving and devoted husband Don in Easter of 1956, where they danced to “Easter Parade,” which was the start of their courtship. She loved to travel, enjoyed playing golf with friends and family, and really loved to experience new adventures. Mary will be remembered for her kindness, beauty, love and affection.

She will be greatly missed by her loving husband and soul mate of 55 years, Donald; daughter, Debra (Glenn); son, Curtis (MaryJane); sister, Estelle; grandchildren, Ross and Adam; stepdaughter, Sherrie (Clarence); niece, Donna; nephew, Rob; and four great-grandchildren.

A service to celebrate Mary’s life will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012, at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services. Memorial donations may be made to One Breath at A Time Inc, 3104 N.
