200-plus join in Prayer Walk

The Port Charlotte Prayer Walk began with Mass at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, followed by a half-mile walk to Georgia’s Flower Shop on Olean Boulevard, where more than 200 walkers prayed the rosary. Co-sponsored by the Diocese of Venice Respect Life Department and Coalition for Life/Charlotte, the walk was led by the Rev. Tom Heck of St. Charles, with the students from St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School leading the praying of the rosary.
