Final brush stroke to Fine Arts Festival

Midnight in Paris, the last of the monthlong calendar of events celebrating the ninth annual Fine Arts Festival at the Visual Arts Center, was held Friday. People appeared in French fashions for the evening. For the women, wearing a flower fascinator in their hair was very popular this year. A sampling of the hair flowers worn by Amy Dwyer, Bonnie Flaherty, Jane Spencer, Teresa Jenkins, Linda Wein, Sharon Caldwell (center) Judy ReHill, who made several of the hair accessories.
