Drug raid nets three

PORT CHARLOTTE — Charlotte County Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit detectives and SWAT team raided a drug house at 6:18 a.m. today in the 100 block of Deerfield Avenue in Port Charlotte, making three arrests. Arrested were Sabrina Lee Fisher, 27, 100 block Deerfield Avenue, Frank St.Claire Carpenter, 30, 23000 block Nugent Ave., Port Charlotte; and Vincenzio James Capizzano, 30, 8100 block Sunrise Lakes Blvd., Sunrise, Fla. The narcotics investigation began with a tip earlier this month and further investigation resulted in obtaining a search warrant signed by a judge. A search of the home located four plastic bags with cocaine and four more with cocaine residue. Also seized was oxycodone, alprazolam and carisoprodol pills, a prescription bottle with cocaine residue and a plastic container with marijuana residue. Carpenter also had a $50 bill rolled up in his pocket with Cocaine residue.

All three were transported to the Charlotte County Jail and were charged with possession of cocaine, possession of alprazolam, possession of carisoprodol, and possession of narcotics paraphernalia. They are being held on no bond due to previous criminal histories.
