PORT CHARLOTTE — A Port Charlotte man was found intoxicated and crawling down the street on his hands and knees early Monday morning, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Damian Douglas Morlando Jr., 29, of the 3300 block of Easy St., Port Charlotte, was charged with disorderly intoxication, fraud and resisting arrest when authorities found him crawling along the access road, near Easy Street and Tamiami Trail.
