PORT CHARLOTTE — A Port Charlotte man was arrested for “huffing” Wednesday after deputies twice found him passed out in the bushes, according to the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office.

Jacob Corson Moore, 21, of the 28000 block of Riddle Ave., Port Charlotte, told deputies he was inhaling the chemicals so he could “escape.”
