PUNTA GORDA — A North Port man allegedly kidnapped and threatened a woman he met on the dating website Plenty of Fish, according to a report from the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office.

Christopher Pena, 23, of the 7100 block of Harle Ave., North Port, was charged with false imprisonment, grand theft, battery, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on Thursday.
