A car crashed into a home on the 22000 block of Hernando Ave., Port Charlotte, Friday afternoon. The home is owned by Joanne Fulton and the driver of the car was Jose Ruiz. Public safety officials were trying to determine if it was vehicle or operator malfunction. No injuries were reported. Officials added that Fulton and Ruiz are neighbors.
