Jeanette P. Miller, 75, of Punta Gorda, Fla., passed away Thursday, Oct. 10, 2013.
She was born Oct. 30, 1937, in Detroit, Mich., to William and Esther Nazar.
Mrs. Miller was a graduate of St Martin’s High school, and served in the U.S. Air Force. In 1961, she moved to Arlington, Va., and moved in 1995 to Punta Gorda from Hollywood, Md. Mrs. Miller was a homemaker who made her life caring for her family. She enjoyed crocheting.
Mrs. Miller is survived by her husband of 51 years, Edwin Miller of Punta Gorda; son, Brian Miller of Punta Gorda; and daughter Francine (Frank Sinisi) Miller of Largo, Fla.; and siblings, Paul, Maryann and Frank Nazar.
The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the Funeral Service at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2013, at Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home, 635 E. Marion Ave., Punta Gorda. Burial with military honors will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2013, at Sarasota National Cemetery in Sarasota, Fla.
