Jack Brownyard

Jack Brownyard, 93, of Port Charlotte, Fla., passed away Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013.

He was born in Rochester, N.Y., Dec. 4, 1919.

Jack served in the United States Army during World War II, in the European Theater of Operations, and was awarded the Purple Heart. He moved to Florida after his retirement from Kodak.

Jack is survived by his nieces, Erna Kelly and Paula (Bud Goddard) Emmighausen; and nephews, Harry (Regina) Salis, Max (Cathy) Emmighausen and Mark (Mary) Emmighausen. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Margie.
