Margaret Gloria Marcine, 87, of Port Charlotte, Fla., passed away Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, in Tidewell Hospice.

She was born Jan. 28, 1926, in Philadelphia, Pa.

Margaret had been a resident of Charlotte County for 12 years, coming from Trenton, N.J. She was a loving wife, mother, and homemaker for her family and was employed as a restaurant server for several years, prior to her retirement. Margaret attended Gulf Cove United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Diane (James) Vernon of Englewood, Fla.; grandchildren, Jeannine Keenan, James Wynn, Michael Wynn, Jennifer Forchetti, Kristen Feltus, Kimberly Forchetti, and Elena Forchetti; and nine great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are by Englewood Community Funeral Home, with Private Crematory.
