Ruth Lucille Knight, 95, of Port Charlotte, Fla., passed away Friday, Dec. 21, 2012.

She was born Feb. 11, 1917, in Greensburg, Ind.

Ruth retired as a librarian, moving to Port Charlotte in 1998. She was a member of the Eastern Star and is of Baptist faith.

Ruth is survived by her sister, Marcella Sharp of Lafayette, Ind.; brother, George Gossett of Kissimmee, Fla.; one niece; and seven nephews.

Inurnment will be in Bear Creek Cemetery of North Vernon, Ind.

Arrangements are with National Cremation Society of Port Charlotte.
