Constance Pearl Larson

Constance Pearl (Allen) Larson, 77, formally of Danvers, MA and Port Charlotte, FL passed away December 8, 2012 after a brief illness. Connie was the daughter of the late Roger Allen and Irma Allen of Marblehead, MA. Predeceased by her husband, John A. Larson, she was the much loved mother of Mitchell Larson and his wife Marcia of Danvers, MA, Bret Larson of Howell, NJ, Lori Auger of Lake Mary, FL and Matthew Larson and his fiancée Stephanie Schwartz of Alexandria, VA. She was the loving and proud grandmother of Jenna and Kyle Larson of Danvers, MA and Tyler Auger of Lake Mary, FL. Connie is also survived by her sister Judith Conn of Nahant, MA, niece Wendye Brick and nephew, Gary Conn. She is also survived by Jack Lampdin, a dear friend. Connie also leaves behind many wonderful friends both in Massachusetts and Florida.

Born in Brunswick, ME, Connie was a 1953 graduate of Marblehead High School. She attended the University of New Hampshire and was a graduate of the Chandler School in Boston, MA. Connie and John owned QR Engineering in Danvers for many years before moving to Dunedin, Fl. Upon retiring to Port Charlotte, Fl. Connie was instrumental in introducing the Stephens Ministry to the Pilgrim United Church in Port Charlotte where she was a vibrant and active member. She was truly an inspiration to all who knew her. A longtime friend of Bill W, her wisdom and kind heart will be missed by all.

Connie will be remembered in a funeral service in Port Charlotte, FL at 11 o’clock am on Friday, December 14, 2012 at the Pilgrim United Church. Perform a random act of kindness in her memory. It would have made her happy.
