Frances R. Shock, 80, of Red Lion, Pa., and formerly of Port Charlotte, Fla., passed away Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2012.

She was born March 30, 1931, in Baltimore, Md., to Melvin and Mamie Kennedy.

Frances was the loving wife of Jefferson Shock for 62 years. She was one of seven children.

Frances was the loving mother of six children, Sharon (Charles) Nash, Luann (William) Maguire, Jeffery (Gail) Shock, Pam (Michael) Standiford, Donna (Phillip) Rogers and Cynthia (Daniel) Ehlke; five grandchildren, Krista Davis, Nicholas Shock, Stacy Hollifield, Jennifer Maguire and Jefferson Standiford; and five great-grandchildren, C.J. and Emma Davis, Jacob Hollifield, and Isabel and Levi Shock. She was preceded in death by her parents.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to noon today, Friday, Feb. 17, 2012, in the Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley Inc., 10 E. Padonia Road (at York Road), Timonium, MD 21093.
