Putting bloom on finish to Fine Arts Festival

Monet's "La Japonaise 1876" inspired Joanne DeBoer's painting, which in turn inspired floral designer Anne Simpson of the Punta Gorda Garden Club to create a floral arrangement for Monet's Garden, which is part of this year's Fine Arts Festival at the Visual Art Center, Punta Gorda.

Become a "walking water lily" by wearing one of the fascinators on display at the VAC. They were created by Judy Rehill, the perfect final touch for the Midnight in Paris party at the Visual Arts Center.
