PUNTA GORDA — They’re often packaged in bright, colorful wrappers that match their sweet and fruity flavors, such as grape, apple, peach, cherry and cream.

But that doesn’t mean such flavored tobacco products as Swisher cigars, Skoal chew and Camel’s SNUS are candy.
