Publix opens at Peachland Promenade

Hundreds flocked to the grand opening of the newest Publix located just off Kings Highway and Peachland Boulevard in Port Charlotte on Thursday. As the morning progressed, even the customer service desk was busy checking out customers. Boars Head hot dogs were sold for a dollar outside.
