NORTH PORT — Federal authorities raided Lemon Bay Drugs North Wednesday afternoon, pulling boxes, files and garbage bags out of the store as part of a possible fraud investigation, according to the Office of the Inspector General.
Ryan Lynch, assistant special agent in charge of the Department of Health and Human Services field office in Tampa, would not comment on the particulars of the case, only that his agency served a search warrant at the property Wednesday. Health and Human Services is a department of the Office of the Inspector General, he said.
