Charlotte County faces third suit

MURDOCK — One lawsuit was lost, another is making its way through the courts, and a third suit has been filed against Charlotte County for an unspecified amount over water and sewer service in Rotonda Villas.
County commissioners will be asked today to hire an attorney to represent the county in the latest suit.
