ENGLEWOOD — Helene Gomulka asked about the out-of-date phone numbers provided by Charlotte County for red tide updates and signs posted at area beaches that are routed to a disconnected number.

Bruce Pomeroy said the 211 phone service in Charlotte County doesn’t work when you call from Englewood.
