Judge: Imagine changes must stop

SARASOTA COUNTY — Sarasota Preparatory School is no more.
On Monday, during a 12:30 p.m. hearing in Sarasota to clarify a recent ruling on some issues between Imagine School at North Port and its parent company, Imagine Schools Inc., 12th Circuit Judge Charles Williams said the newly renamed school has to “cease” using the name Sarasota Preparatory School in all instances, including on Facebook.
