PUNTA GORDA — A father and son are accused of stalking their 64-year-old neighbor for months, according to the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office.

Douglas Cole Everly, 49, and Ryan Cole Everly, 23, both of the 32100 block of Oil Well Road in Punta Gorda, regularly yelled profanities, made obscene hand gestures, honked horns, and generally harassed the victim whenever they saw him regardless of who was around, according to a report.
