NORTH PORT — Brian Auerbach’s two-run double in the fifth inning broke up a scoreless game and helped Palm Harbor University to a 4-2 victory over North Port High School in a District 8A-8 battle Friday.

Palm Harbor (3-4, 1-2) also got great pitching from Clayton Moran, who earned his first win of the year with four scoreless innings, and three relievers who held off two late charges by the Bobcats.
