Coldwell Banker to Midwest

CHARLOTTE COUNTY — When Don Randolph moved to Port Charlotte in 1990, he instantly fell in love with it.

He marveled at the wonderful surroundings, all the open land, and beautiful Charlotte Harbor. When he purchased the Coldwell Banker franchise from Bob Waldrop, a local owner-resident, he started a company that has flourished in Charlotte County for more than 20 years.
