The Charlotte Symphony Orchestra is coming down to the wire on its deadline to choose a successor to Maestro T. Francis Wada, who is retiring.
On March 10, Raffaele Ponti — one of the three finalists for the position — will conduct a pops concert of favorite Broadway tunes at 7:30 p.m. at the Charlotte Harbor Event and Conference Center.
