Science teacher B.J. Richards was ready to help as Lizzy Hoffman, left, Kaitlyn Moss-Solomon and AnnMarie Giglio arranged their liquids from most acidic to basic.
Instead of students taking a bus on a field trip to the Museum of Science and Industry in Tampa, MOSI brought the field trip to the students.
All eighth-grade science students at Port Charlotte Middle School spent 40 minutes on the bus Thursday or Friday, conducting experiments as part of their chemistry unit on acids and bases.
