North Port commissioner out of hospital

NORTH PORT — City Commissioner Tom Jones is out of the hospital and now is recovering at home, after he suffered a stroke Jan. 7.
Jones spent a month at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, where he had undergone “a successful surgery,” according to his family.
