DESOTO COUNTY — The Deriso family must be feeling pretty proud. Family members Jillian and Jared won first place in the Senior and Junior divisions, respectively, of the Beef Grooming competition Sunday at the DeSoto County Fair.

In the Senior division, Jillian competed against Austin Beswick, who took fourth place; Bailey Turner, who won third place, and Krysta Court, who came in second place.
