Following a DWI conviction in Indiana this week, former North Port city commissioner David Garofalo’s employment as a captain with the Pasco County Fire Department is being reviewed.

Garofalo, 36, who has been with the department since 1998, was found guilty by a Marion County, Ind., judge Tuesday, of driving while intoxicated in May.
