The Charlotte Harbor National Estuary Program has teamed up with the Sarasota and Tampa bay estuary programs to package a list of proposed ecosystem projects as a regional restoration plan.

By working together, they hope they’ll make their projects easier to approve for a new Gulfwide council that’s now gearing up to disperse proceeds from BP’s Deepwater Horizon oil spill fines.
