Jose Feliciano excited to play Latin Fest at Edison State

Grammy Award-winning guitarist Jose Feliciano will headline Latin Fest, set for Nov.24 at Edison State College Charlotte Campus in Punta Gorda.

PUNTA GORDA — Legendary Latin jazz guitarist Jose Feliciano stirred controversy in 1968 when he sang a stylized version of “The Star-Spangled Banner” in Detroit prior to a World Series game.
That didn’t happen this year, when he sang it in similar fashion prior to the opening game of the National League Championship Series in San Francisco.
