PORT CHARLOTTE — Charlotte County Sheriff’s Narcotics detectives, assisted by the CCSO SWAT team, raided a drug home in Port Charlotte on Wednesday that resulted in five arrests. Following a lengthy drug investigation and multiple drug buys, narcotics detectives obtained a search warrant and served it at 6:10 a.m. at a dwelling on the 2100 block of Beacon Drive. Arrested were Eduardo Carril, 52; his son, Dyan Carril, 16; and Beatriz C. Lopez, 52, who reside at the home raided. Jeana Lynette Boisvert, 38, and her son, Anthony Jean Willis, 16, live at different address on Beacon Drive. Narcotics detectives searched the Eduardo Carril and Lopez bedroom and seized plastic baggies with cocaine and $1,015 in cash. Two plastic baggies containing cocaine were located in the kitchen. In the Willis and Dyan Carril bedroom, detectives seized marijuana, a metal grinder, and a digital scale. Detectives reported in three undercover operations on Sept. 13, 14 and 17 they purchased cocaine from Willis. They also bought hydromorphone from Willis and his mother, Boisvert, on Sept. 11, within 1,000 feet of a school.

All five were arrested, charged with multiple drug violations and transported to the Charlotte County Jail. After booking Willis was transported to the Department of Juvenile Justice in Fort Myers for 21 days. Carril was released to his parents with five days’ home detention. Eduardo Carril and Lopez both were released after posting $4,500 bond. Boisvert is being held on $27,500 bond.
