NORTH PORT — By definition and tradition, a homecoming football game is where alumni of a school come to celebrate a new graduating class and to meet up with old classmates and teachers.

However, with never having a junior class, let alone a graduating class, Imagine High School at North Port is bucking tradition and having its first homecoming. Helping to make it memorable and giving the school and community a reason to celebrate its first-year football team.
