SARASOTA COUNTY — A possible reduction to Sarasota County’s road impact fees could be on its way as early as February after the Sarasota County Commission unanimously voted Tuesday to use 2012 data in the formula calculating the fees.

The fees, which are based on the number of vehicles on a road and construction rates last adjusted in 2007, were reduced by 50 percent in early 2011. That reduction is set to expire Jan. 31, 2013.
