SARASOTA COUNTY — The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office is advising all citizens that its non-emergency number is out of service at this time.

The Public Safety Communications Center is working with Verizon to address the problem. This does NOT affect emergency calls coming in through 911. Until further notice, the number to call for non-emergency service is 941-316-1122.
