Veterans, students strengthen bonds

ENGLEWOOD — Area Vietnam War veterans saluted the Vietnamese people Friday during an assembly at L.A. Ainger Middle School, saying they were caught up in a war about which many of them had little say.
For four years, members of Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 1037 have rallied to answer the questions of the school’s eighth-graders.
