For the first time in more than five years, there will be a hired gun in Tallahassee advocating for Charlotte County.

After listening to presentations from three Florida firms bidding on a contract to handle the county’s lobbying needs, the Charlotte County Commission, in a 4-1 ballot vote, selected Bryant Miller Olive of Tallahassee to represent it on state legislative issues.
