NORTH PORT — Fawcett Senior Healthcare Center, an arm of Fawcett Memorial Hospital in Port Charlotte, has opened and will hold a health fair from 8 a.m. until noon Sept. 22.

The 4,000-square-foot facility is an outpatient department of the hospital, and is located at 14400 S. Tamiami Trail, according to Alex Chang, Fawcett’s chief operating officer.
