NORTH PORT —
Pacolet Milliken Enter-
prises Inc. of Spartan-burg, S.C., which recently purchased The Shoppes at Price Crossing for $14.13 million, currently isn’t seeking a second property in the city — but would consider one if it became available.

“I can’t tell you we actively have one on our radar at the moment,” Ned Long, executive vice president of Pacolet Milliken, said after the June 22 purchase was announced. “However, if something comes along, we certainly would consider it.”
