The Punta Gorda Chamber of Commerce is pleased to confirm the appointment of new members of its board of directors. Two currently are associate directors: Kay Kill of Kay’s Kloset and Marjorie Benson of Friendly Floors. Joining them will be Mike Martin of Mike Martin State Farm Insurance.

They will all serve a three-year term beginning Sept. 1. They will replace outgoing directors Dorothy Strunk (a past chairwoman of the board), Therese Zeman (Koch, Zeman & Walsh CPAs) and Emily Lewis of Charlotte County Human Services, who all have served a full six-year term.
