Stoney works his magic at the ball park

With many people who work for the Charlotte Stone Crabs, there is an expectation of future advancement as they spend time fine-tuning their game.

Ballplayers learn what it takes to go up the ladder until they eventually reach “the show.” Even those working in management hope to advance up to higher level organizations someday.
